"Living Human" all of my life! Additionally, it was birthed through years of writing, but more importantly - years of prayer.
I desire to gently walk across someone's heart and step away having left a positive, life-changing impact with the writing and poetry God provides through me for His glory.

Have you ever known you needed to do something ...something you had never done before? If you've had a relationship with Jesus for even a short time, you know you've experienced this very thing. The Lord will ask us to do something that never crossed our minds. He will put this idea in our thoughts and it will become like a heartfelt reminder until we just step out in faith with Him and do it.
This is where I am right now. Never did I envision I would have a website. Never did I imagine I would create a website myself that would share my writings, poetry and offer an option to leave a prayer request for me to pray with strangers ...and friends alike. Well, here I am …obeying my Heavenly Father and doing all of the above.
Human beings have a commonality - no matter where we grew up, who we are or what dreams we have.
We are all human.
My family and I happen to have had the privilege of not only being human but actually living HUMAN …since it is our name! I always knew the Lord would have me do something creative and ministering with this amazing and beautiful name - for His glory. AND …what a fun name it has been to carry and grow up with. I will share more of the blast it has been as you experience this adventure with me.
I will learn as I go …I know He will teach me. Thank you for your prayers and patience with me as I toddle along as a newbie in this web arena. I am excited to share what the Lord is instructing me to in this internet excursion with each one of you.
A favorite Scripture of mine and very much referenced through my life is:
Proverbs 3:5, 6 -
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; (6) in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.
So, here I am. I find myself reaching for it even now …as I step out in faith …once again.

Who Is Tammie Human Burgin?
Tammie Human Burgin is a writer –blessed to grow up in a Christian home –honored to be the granddaughter of a Pastor. She does not take for granted hearing the Name of Jesus before she even took her first breath.
SHE KNOWS –Luke 12:48 …to whom much is given much is required.
Her desire to extend the love, the knowledge, the Truth of Jesus is her mission –her ministry –for such a time as this.
The love and priority she has for her Savior, husband –Scott, sons –Tyler and Zachary and daughter-in-love –Katie, is the definition of who she is and what drives her.
She continues a ministry of prayer, as well as, in writing who the Lord is to her, what He has done in her life, and how someone can know Jesus as their personal Savior.
It is her heart to share the love of God …to one and to all for His glory …so the world may
know – JESUS loves them so!
Our HUMAN of the Bible Reflection for October is- Amos, A Minor Prophet.
Amos was a shepherd. He simply tended his sheep. BUT GOD …He saw this human. We don’t know what He saw when He looked at Amos, but something caught His attention with Amos.
Amos 7:15 KJV
And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.
Shepherds were regarded as lowly in Biblical times. Unfortunately, humans are known for categorizing, labeling, or treating others as though they are not worthy or don’t fit an acceptable profile. However, God does something that lets people understand His plans. We see this in the following verse-
I Corinthians 1:27 NIV
But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.
God chooses the unseen, the unexpected, and the underestimated with God. It is- for some- a choice of theirs not to receive God’s Message because of the messenger He has selected. It is- for a few- a decision to reject the Ministry directed by God because of the vessel He has designated. It is- for various ones- a conclusion to resist the God of the universe because the God-specified-conduit has His label, not theirs. God will not be moved. His plans will prevail. It is a heart matter to be discerning and obedient to Him.
Our HUMAN of the Bible Reflection for October- Amos, A Minor Prophet- was called from the fields he was Shepherding to give intense messages from God to His people. Simple to man, not to God! He knew this human would do what he asked of him. He knew He could trust Amos to deliver His Word as He instructed. He knew when He called him from where he was to do His work- Amos would not be distracted with the opinions of man, but would obey his God.
Simple to man, not to God. Do you find yourself in similar circumstances, dear Reader? Oh, may I have this honor to share with you- you are who God says you are, you are who God has created you to be, you are who God has called you to be- all for His glory!

Just as Amos- we have assignments from the Lord. May it be that we diligently seek the Lord every day for His fellowship and His direction. It is for Him that we live, move, and have our being.

For in him we live, and move, and have our being;
Friend, I pray you receive the blessing of this word today. Simple to Man, Not to God …He sees you where you are, what He wants to do in your life- by His hand. My prayer is that you welcome our amazing God in your days. I pray you watch who He becomes to you, what He does in you and through you- for others to see His glory.

Our HUMAN of the Bible Reflection for October is- Amos, A Minor Prophet.

Amos had four distinct Messages From the Lord to Northern Israel. He was not a decedent of Prophets. He was not called at a young age to be a Prophet. He had a relationship with God in the life he lived. From that, from there- God qualified him to be His Prophet. He trusted our HUMAN of the Bible Reflection- Amos, A Minor Prophet. From Amos’s own words, God took him as he was- a Shepherd in the fields. God entrusted Amos to be a Prophet for Him and alert His people.
