Once you see the Hand of God, you are never the same! Whether you witness His hand in a person’s life right before your eyes or you know it in your own, personal experiences - you are changed forever.
Job 12:9-10
9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this?
10 In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
As a country, we have witnessed a miracle. Whatever your political stance, the hand of God was with President Trump this past weekend. It is undeniable for even the normal human watching or learning of it from their home.
Job 26:13
"By His breath the heavens are cleared;
His hand has pierced the fleeing serpent.
How amazing to see the Lord protect our nation’s former President and current Presidential Candidate, Donald Trump. We are certainly grateful.
The Lord instructs us in His Word to pray for our country and our leaders. It is an incredible privilege to pray for this beautiful country, as well as, all of our leaders throughout the country at every level – on both sides of the aisle. We will continue to do so.
I Timothy 2:1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for all people—
2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
Romans 13:1
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
What a mighty God we serve. He is worthy of our praise at all times and in all things.
I am here to testify of experiencing the hand of God in “suddenly” incidents, along with prolonged seasons. Knowing the hand of God in these circumstances is humbling and outright astounding. We don’t always comprehend what He is doing or maybe the why. However, His timing for every detail in our lives is perfect …and so are His ways.
Psalm 31:15
My times are in Your hand;
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me.
Isaiah 55:8
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.
God has the very best for us. His Word says He chooses us. Even if others don’t agree or perceive that it is His best – He extends His hand to us. This is His best for us. We then do our part, which is to trust Him and His answers.
John 15:16
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit— fruit that will last- and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
A slight turn of your head to Heaven, to God, and you see His hand upon you. The hand of God moves in the very seconds of your days as you look to Him, friend. When you turn your head to God – He saves you! I pray that we seek Him with our whole heart, in the good times and the not-so-good times of life. He longs for us to turn to Him.
Isaiah 45:22
“Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth;
For I am God, and there is no other.”
Psalm 119:10
With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!
Let us turn our heads and our hearts to our God. He sees us, our needs, our desires, and our concerns. The Lord is near to us and responds according to His will for each one of us. I assure you, no matter His answer or His timing, as we yield our hearts to Him – we will see His hand and so will others. With that – our God will be glorified!
I want to take this time to extend condolences to the beautiful family of the deceased from this terrible tragedy our country suffered this recent Saturday. Sometimes seeing the hand of God is not always what we expect. Sometimes seeing the hand of God involves watching Him walk our loved one home with Him. I understand this devastating loss, as well, and I pray for the comfort of the Lord in this difficult situation for all who were sadly affected. Friends, as members of the American Family – may we join together and pray for the peace of God in these hurting hearts.
Revelation 14:13
And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
God is with us – God is among us – the breath of God will breathe on us. Dear Reader, let us turn our heads and our hearts to Almighty God. His hand will clearly be seen in the most significant, sometimes dramatic, and even the least impactful moments of our lives when we do.

Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
Oh, precious friend -– Jesus loves you so!
So true, incredible to see how it all played out.
